FAQs

How well in advance should one book your services?

Ideally, your should have your floral services booked between 3-6 months prior the event day. The deadline for final payment is 1 month before the event.

Do you offer mock-ups?

Yes! Mock-ups are a great opportunity to have a close idea what the event day will look like and visualize the whole atmosphere better. It’s the perfect space to exchange and go over ideas and needed adjustments.

Do you relocate or repurpose arrangements?

We do, at an additional fee. Just as long as weather conditions, flower varieties used, and the type of mechanics used allow it. Our priority and main focus is to provide flowers that look amazing throughout the event, so this service is only provided when we can be sure this is possible.

Do you have candles, votives, table linens inventory available for rent?

We specialize and focus on floral design mainly, but we do have a very limited inventory of accessories for your event decor.

What’s the deadline for changes and adjustments?

All our flowers have to be ordered in advance and are shipped from mainland, so deadline would be 3 weeks prior the event.

What payment methods are available?

We take payments in  cash (Mexican pesos or US dollars), wire transfer, PayPal, Zelle and Wells Fargo.
